OSBOURNE: ‘I LIKE IRON MAIDEN’
LATEST: Music matriarch SHARON OSBOURNE is a fan of heavy rockers IRON MAIDEN, despite sabotaging the band’s performance at the climax of her husband OZZY’s Ozzfest tour this summer (AUG05).
The BE QUICK OR BE DEAD rockers were pelted with debris by fans when Sharon allowed sound problems to wreck their set in California on 21 August. The group’s manager ROD SMALLWOOD then lashed out at the unprofessional conduct of the rock matriarch and her fellow Ozzfest organisers.
Despite admitting she hates Dickinson, Sharon still has plenty of respect for his bandmates STEVE HARRIS, DAVE MURRAY, ADRIAN SMITH and NICKO McBRAIN.
Sharon tells British gay magazine Attitude, «The band are actually really nice guys, but the singer has a chip on his shoulder.
«The bottom line is, it’s not my fault that his solo records are s**t. Don’t be jealous of what Ozzy does.
«He never once thanked us for the tour. People don’t behave like that.
«I tell you, though. This guy got the singer with a f**king egg right in the middle of his brow – what a star!»
Ejem… Creo que a nadie le hacía falta esta demostración de ignoracia para saber que la señora Osbourne entiende de música exclusivamente lo que atañe a su faceta mercantil, y que su educación y savoir-faire se reducen a mínimos dificilmente alcanzables por los miembros de reino animal más descastados (que suelen ser humanos). Dicho esto, dejaré que una persona con la que no coincido en la mayoría de los puntos de vista sobre casi cualquier tema diga algo que realmente no se debería desear, pero al menos yo lo he pensado:

Una torta no, pero ya que a ella parece que le hacen gracia los lanzamientos de huevos, quizás se podría considerar ponerla en su sitio con sus propias armas… Bah, ni siquiera merece la pena.
